• Not sure who dealt with me today, but was an absolute delight to do business with him. I had broken down by Heathrow airport with my tyre exploding. I got to the garage with police help. The owner (I think) dealt with me in a calm manner, helped me out of my seropis trouble as a true human being , and my car was ready in about 40 mins. He is an absolute gem to have. Good to know that there are nice business man around. Forever grateful. Thank you so much ✨💕

• Stupidly left my lights on at the hotel at Heathrow where I was at a seminar. Franticly looking for a garage nearby and called Maison -Thompson. Guy answered says they were just closed as it was after 1700h but he would come round soon as he could. Was there as promised and jumped my car. Really saved my day as I had a 4 hour drive North. Wouldn't take anything for it. There are good people in the world after all.

• Rang round and found that they were open during Twixmas. After checking they dealt with Audi’s I told them of the warning light that started to show this morning.
  Advised to get my roadside assistance to tow me to the garage. They ordered the new alternator after my call and were expecting it to be delivered this afternoon. The franchise garage said mid-February at the earliest to investigate the problem!
  Job completed and called back to collect the car.
